Arvada Economic Development Association (AEDA) hosted its 23nd annual Business Appreciation Awards Breakfast on Thursday, October 5, 2017 at the Arvada Center for the Arts and Humanities. The event drew an audience of over 200 businesses and community leaders. Additionally, the following businesses were awarded in their respective industries.
Ralston Creek Shopping District New Development Announced
The state’s newest Walmart Super Center opened on August 9 at the corner of Ralston Road and Independence Street in Arvada. The 138,000 square foot store includes a full selection of groceries, pharmacy, tire and lube center, garden center, vision center, and general merchandise.
Arvada Marketplace Redevelopment Slated to Finish by End of Year
Implemented by the shopping center’s management company, Pine Tree, LLC, the nearly $8 million redevelopment and revitalization of the western section of Arvada Marketplace is well under way and nearing completion
