Arvada Economic Development Association and Manufacturer’s Edge launch Business Health Assessment

The Arvada Economic Development Association (AEDA) and Manufacturer’s Edge have collaborated to offer a new Business Health Assessment to support Arvada businesses, which is available at arvadaeconomicdevelopment.org. The assessment combines insights from a selection of key leadership and staff to provide a review of the organization in seven key areas: Leadership, Strategic Planning, Customers, Knowledge Management, Workforce Engagement, Operations, and Results. The assessment intends to explore business identity as well as target opportunities for improvement.
