Business Appreciation Winner: Red Silo Coffee Roasters

Red Silo Coffee has grown from a single Arvada storefront to four locations across the metro area, creating consistent local hiring across café, roasting, and production roles. Founders Greg Pierce and Shelley Flood emphasize direct-from-farmer sourcing, single-origin, and small-batch roasting, and have built out additional local production, including an artisan ice cream creamery in West Arvada using 100% natural, organic, from-scratch ingredients with no syrups or preservatives.
